Applied, Active, Hands-on Approach to Learning

Our College believes that a more applied, active, hands-on approach to learning better meets the needs of many young people when compared to more traditional forms of teaching. This theory is demonstrated by students during weeks 5 – 8 of Term 1 2023 with attendance at 89.9%.

The highest attendance rate within the Territory for all government schools during Term 1 was 86.2% in the Darwin Region. This percentage is further broken down to an attendance rate of 75.9% for Indigenous and 88.6% for Non- Indigenous students. SEDA College NT’s weeks 5– 8 of Term 1 2023 is 91.8% for Indigenous and 88.9% for Non- Indigenous students.
