Application:

After you have submitted your application, you will receive an email advising you that your application has been received.

Interviews:

The interview process may consist of a one or two stage interview process. This is an opportunity to obtain a detailed understanding of the role and the company, to discuss your career aspirations and to answer behavioural and skills-based questions.

Referees:

Please provide the name, location, and daytime contact telephone numbers of two referees, preferably your present and former supervisors. Your referees may be contacted at any time during the selection process but are usually only contacted if you are considered to be in serious contention for the position.

Compliance Requirements

SEDA College NT upholds stringent compliance standards to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all. As part of our commitment to excellence:

Teaching and learning positions require compliance with the Department of Education's registration requirements and adherence to Northern Territory standards.

Non-teaching staff, including support and business services, must undergo a Working with Children Check and National Police Record Check.

All staff are expected to comply with our Child Safety policies and Code of Conduct, ensuring a secure environment for every student.
